Reading books can help with changing this particular belief and understanding that you have the power to shape your own relationship with money.
Not a fan of reading? Try following people on social media who do have a positive relationship with money. You will come to find out that many started with the same limiting beliefs, but were able to overcome these by implementing the steps in this article. - Societal and Cultural Conditioning
Question societal norms and cultural messages about money. Reflect on your own values and redefine success and happiness in ways that align with your personal goals and aspirations, rather than external standards. If that means you have to stop talking to certain people or unfollow pages, so be it.
Redefine your definition financial abundance and think of all the good it can do. Not only for you, but the environment. - Fear of Failure or Success
Identify and confront your fears related to money. Practice mindfulness and recognize that failure is a natural part of learning and growth. Challenge limiting beliefs by visualizing success and envisioning a future by meditating where financial abundance is attainable and sustainable. - Self-Worth Issues
